Terms of Service.

The rules of the house. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Effective Date

These Terms of Service are effective as of July 3, 2026. Please note that these documents are subject to revision and may be updated prior to our official launch.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rhythm House website, mobile applications, studio facilities, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a membership or class package. Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 may participate in classes with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Memberships and Class Bookings

Rhythm House offers various membership tiers and class packages, which are described on our website and subject to availability. All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a membership or class, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Memberships may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on the plan you select. You may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy described at the time of purchase or by contacting our concierge team. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Class bookings are subject to availability and must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture or late cancellation fees. No-shows may result in the loss of the class credit or a penalty charge, as specified in your membership terms.

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide this information to these processors. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by payment processors or your financial institution.

Failed payments may result in suspension of your membership or booking privileges until the outstanding balance is resolved. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice to existing members.

5. Studio Policies and Conduct

Rhythm House is a shared wellness environment. All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect, consideration, and mindfulness toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

The following are prohibited:
